About This Project

Creative Lab

29.03 – 16.10.2016

The Creative Lab training course brought together 28 young and experienced creative entrepreneurs from Cultural Creative Industries (CCIs): advertising, architecture, design, fashion, film, music, performing arts, crafts, publishing, software, toys, games, R&D, television and radio. These entrepreneurs came from Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom.

The Creative Lab TC sought to facilitate an exchange of experiences and best practices in the field of CCIs. Along the way participants took part in a series of exercises, assignments and challenges designed to help them develop their skills and ideas.

Moreover, the training course helped participants develop a range of inter-personal and practical enterprise skills that will allow them to identify and make the most of professional opportunities. Through a series of workshops, participants learnt how to create a concept, negotiate a freelance commission, construct different types of networks, understand essential legal aspects (Intellectual Property etc.) and thus achieve their goals. The training course included sessions on Idea Generation, Publicity Stunts, Innovation, Trend Forecasting, Crowdfunding, Presentation and creating an inspired Sales Pitch.
