STEFAN KIEHNE has studied Political Sciences and Sociology at TU Dresden (Technische Universität). He is the Chair and General Manager of Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. Stefan Kiehne is responsible for logistics/events management, administrative and legal issues, financial management and accounting in the association. Stefan Kiehne is also in charge of fundraising at local, regional and national level. He is in charge of developing the local, regional and national network of the association presenting JKPeV in all national, regional and local events. Stefan Kiehne has a long experience in managing artistic and cultural events as he has been organising for more than 10 years a music festival in Freiberg and for 5 years a performing arts festival in Dresden.

MYRTO-HELENA PERTSINIDI holds a MSc degree in International and European Politics from the University of Edinburgh, UK and a BA degree in International Relations from the University of the Aegean, Greece. Since 2010, she has worked as project manager, trainer/facilitator and proposal writer for EU funded projects at Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. having acquired significant experience in managing and implementing European projects in the fields of non-formal education, personal and professional development, inclusion and integration, active participation and EU citizenship, cultural heritage and history, human rights and democracy, and entrepreneurship and sustainability. Also, she has been in charge of facilitating & coordinating educational activities as well as co-organising and moderating cultural and art events. Myrto supervises and monitors the JKPeV team, and is in charge of JKPeV’s international networking.

OLGA YOCHEVA works as a film maker, graphic and web designer for JKPeV since 2012. She studied Art pedagogy at the University of Sofia in Bulgaria and has a Diploma in Cinematography from the Media School of Leipzig. Olga is responsible for the video documentation and visual identity of JKPeV’s projects, designing logos posters, flyers, brochures and online platforms. Together with the General Manager of JKPeV, Stefan Kiehne, she organises and coordinates the Full Moon Gallery exhibitions of JKPeV, selecting artists, communicating with them and also offering workshops to artists on promoting their work, creating their portfolio etc. Olga designs and prepares together with the project management team the educational material and workshops that refer to audio and video production, conducting video interviews, post-production and photography.
