Join the European Youth Training Event on active participation through inclusive sport on 20-21 & 22 May 2022 in Athens!

 

The aim of the training event is to support young sports(wo)men (16 to 30 years old) to organise inclusive and sustainable sporting events with a European dimension together with Jugend & Kulturprojekt e.V. und dem ACTIVE-Network.

This training event is part of the European project “ACTIVE” (Erasmus+ Programme, KA3: European Youth Together) whose main goal is to promote the European youth goals and the future EU youth policies through the implementation of inclusive and sustainable grassroots sports activities. The project partner organisations are the European network FARE for Fairness in Football, the European Network for Sports Education ENSE, ASSIST (national organisation for female athletes of Italy), GEA from Italy, KMOP from Greece, DOTS from Portugal and Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. from Germany.

The main topics of the training events are the following: 1) The EU Youth Policies and EU Youth Goals, 2) Intercultural skills for coaching, and 3) Skills to organise inclusive sport sessions and events.

If you are active in sports, you are a young sports(wo)men and you are interested in the ACTIVE project and the European Youth Goals, then you are more than welcome to apply for this exciting training event in Athen! You should be between 16 and 30. Food and accommodation is cared for and 80% of the travel cost will be paid.

This way, you will have the opportunity to participate in the online project presentation meeting on 19th of April 2022 and take part in the youth exchange for young sports(wo)men in Athens on 20, 21 and 22 May.

After joining the training events, you will be ready to organise together with the “ACTIVE Network” partners sport events and become a local ambassador for youth policy and inclusive sport

Finally, after collecting so many experiences from the ACTIVE project and the ACTIVE Network, we would like to have your support on providing recommendations from young sportsmen and sportswomen to the European Commission so that we can bring a change to Europe!
